Aging

 

Causes ?   

Aging is not a disease. It's a process intrinsic to every living organism.

What factors are most responsible for aging in human beings? Do external factors such as the environment or diet play the dominant role in how people age or do factors such as genetics or cell metabolism play a larger role? Why do diseases such as diabetes or Alzheimer's increase in frequency with age? To what extent do lifestyle factors influence a person's prospects for a long and healthy life? Recent studies indicate that a person's specific genetic background influences the effect of harmful environmental factors and ultimately determines the rate of aging. Due to intense scientific investigation, the nature of the aging process and its influence on age associated disease and disorders is being revealed at an ever-increasing rate.

Remedies

To combat aging, keep your system alkaline with green drinks, fresh vegetable juice, and lots of fresh green vegetables. The diet should be at least 70% "living food" Include sea vegetables. Eat cultured foods for friendly digestive flora. Have fish 3 times a week. Include fresh fruits, drink lots of water. Lower consumption of fats and heavy foods. Eat meat, butter, eggs, and dairy sparingly. Avoid caffeine, highly seasoned and chemically processed foods, high fat foods and sugar. Sugar will age you faster than any other substance.
