LOS ANGELES, CA-Mantec International Services was honored with the Export Firm of the Year Award during the LA Minority Enterprise Development Week (MED) Award ceremony and Business fair October 8, held at the Majestic Kodak Theater in Hollywood. The award ceremony was attended by over 800 people was hosted by the Los Angeles Minority Business Opportunity Committee funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, The U.S. Small business Administration, and the city of Los Angeles' Mayer's Office of Economic Development. Each year the President of the United States proclaims MED Week to recognize and promote the achievements of minority-owned business enterprises.

This letter is to describe our experience using the services of Mantec Consultants for our outsourced call center needs. Mantec provides us with customer service and inbound call center services. Our company began using the services of Mantec International in Winter of 2003. Some members of our management team were very skeptical that off shoring of our back office functions could work. Therefore, we began with a plan in place; perform parallel tests of one function for a month, if that went smoothly, transfer one other function over to Mantec each month until all of the possible functions were transferred; if at any time the process did not seem to be functioning smoothly, we could pull back and bring everything in house again.
In two week we were blown away by the professionalism, efficiency and accuracy of Mantec's services. We started sending over more and more process until we are supplying enough work to keep four Mantec employees on a full time basis.
The cost savings and efficiency of our work crew in India is terrific. Mantec has been bridge that is allowing us to continue to expand with limited growing pains. We highly recommend Mantec International's services.
