May 2001 - Mantec became a member of the Call Center association of UK. The Call Centre Association (CCA) is the professional body for the call and contact centre industry in the UK. The organisation is independent, has no commercial influences and is funded by member subscriptions. It is made up of 9 board members and foundation partners who are experts in their field and contribute their professional knowledge to lead the CCA's agenda. The key objective is to facilitate knowledge transfer across member organisations with the ultimate aim of measurable standards of operation. The CCA currently has over 430 members with 57% based in England and Wales and the remainder based in Scotland, Ireland and overseas. Members have unique access to the membership database for networking purposes and solution forums. Our database is not released to any other organisations and members are required to comply with this.

July 2001 - Mantec became the official support and telemarketting partner for MyCity.com of USA which is one of the largest web development company in the US and the biggest local community portal. MyCity offers revenue-generating licensing applications that include a suite of small business online marketing tools and 50,000 licensable U.S. local portals

August 2001 - Mantec became a partner of the Amenglish , a subsidiary of Educational Testing Service (ETS), is the leading provider of certification and licensing examinations for professionals, business and government for spoken skills in American English and pronunciation.
